  • Use a 16:9 widescreen slide format.
  • The PG2026 PowerPoint template is available below and is recommended for a consistent conference appearance.
  • Use large, readable fonts and high-contrast figures. Avoid dense text and very small labels.
  • If your talk contains video or audio, embed the media in the presentation and test it before the session.
  • Please do not exceed the time assigned to your paper. Session chairs may stop presentations that run over time.
Optional poster presentation for accepted papers. To encourage more discussion between authors and the audience, PG2026 is offering additional poster presentation opportunities to all accepted papers, including papers that already have an oral presentation. A poster gives attendees more time to ask follow-up questions and discuss your work in detail after the talk.

Space is limited and slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to complement your oral presentation with a poster, please apply early. Submit one application per paper.
Important: Check the online program shortly before the conference for your final session, room, and presentation time.
